These are my spur-of-the-moment thoughts, wandering loosely almost every day, every hour, every second.

Housewarming 3/4, 2025
-
Housewarming is not a Chinese tradition, but rather a global ritual that conveys best wishes to those who are about to inhabit their perfectly constructed nest.
-
Today, I had the opportunity to witness that even within a medium-large house, three generations can coexist happily and comfortably.
-
As the youngest girl in this group, my colleagues kept asking if I wanted to have my own baby. I smiled without answering. It is lovely to have such a warm home surrounded by beloved ones, but it is also perfectly acceptable to embrace the idea that an individual can achieve happiness and contentment on their own.
Talk with wisers more 3/5, 2025
-
In my entire life, I have never admired someone as much as I admire my mentor, a 31-year-old woman with nearly seven years of experience. She is incredibly intelligent, humble, and sophisticated, and her charm is striking without being intimidating.
-
From her, I have learned three important lessons that will benefit me for a lifetime: 1) A positive mindset can help transform despair into hope; 2) there is no need to feel intimidated by anyone who is stronger or more experienced than you. The only time you should feel unconfident is when you are unprepared; 3) developing a habit of regular reflection can help you organize your thoughts and takeaways from daily work, as well as give you a clearer understanding of your achievements; 4) do not show your weakness, unwillingness, or unconfidence in front of your boss. Even if you feel scared of this new project, just accept it and equip yourself with the required knowledge along the way.

As a rookie in this ever-changing advertising industry, there are so many jargons, definitions, and concepts that baffle me at times, making me feel incompetent. However, she is a beacon who always sheds light on my strengths: I’m proactive, a fast learner, insightful, observant, and trustworthy. Every time I talk to her, my self-doubts fade away, like a magical healer.
Don't be afraid of making mistakes 3/14, 2025
-
This week was hectic as we prepared for the KA's Big Promotion Season of 2025. I felt fortunate to have the opportunity to gain a closer look at what it means to be a real Account Manager (AM). I tracked key metrics, updated the sheet daily, created visuals using various camera apps on my phone, and was encouraged to respond to client requests in the group chat. While these tasks are routine for experienced AMs, they felt exciting and fresh to me. Yesterday marked the first time I worked until 11 PM since joining the company almost a year ago. Rather than complain, I found joy in the satisfaction it brought me, realizing that my values, capabilities, and efforts would be appreciated and acknowledged. I guess this is how a "Business Girl" feels! I love it!
-
I created a sheet to record all the hardcore optimization strategies I learned from my mentor in recent days. In the early stages of joining this company, I often felt less confident. My mentor explained that people tend to feel insecure when they lack knowledge about a particular topic. You will never doubt yourself when discussing something you are knowledgeable and confident about. Now that I understand this insight, I have the opportunity to fully participate in this large project, and I will not be afraid to discuss the process, the dilemmas, the milestones, and the prospects of it.

"You must remember that sometimes it doesn't matter if you make a mistake; there are many remedies available. It's through taking action that you can make errors. An idea that exists only in the mind can never be wrong because it has never been realized," my mentor said to me today. I'll never forget!
