Hey! So Glad We Finally Meet Here！

I'm Vivian (Qihan) Wang, a Chinese girl with 4 years of study experience abroad. Currently, I am working as a Publishing Account Manager in the digital advertising industry. I love my work because it allows me sufficient flexible time to run this blog and write about something I enjoy.

I majored in Communication Studies for my Bachelor's Degree and continued with Global Media and Communications for my Master's Degree. After 6 years (I know, it sounds like a study marathon), my parents still cannot figure out what my major is, and neither can I. Media and Communication is such a mysterious and bewildering major because it has the power to make people think it is easy for everyone to grasp, but also confuses you every second: what have I ultimately learned? Will it help me find a well-paid job? The answer is a definitive NO!

You cannot imagine how many times my ideal positions and companies have rejected me, how many times I have jokingly told my mom, "I wanna commit suicide because that would be such a relief," and how many times I just wanted to throw away all my expectations of being an independent, confident, inspiring, and successful woman and rely on my parents for the rest of my life. Finding an ideal job is hard, especially after the pandemic, which has dragged down the world's economy and employment market. Eventually, I found something at this company in London. I am a consultant, serving fashion and food companies. I have also been told that one of my talents is writing, though I never realized it before.

I started this blog to immortalize my spontaneous thoughts about life, career, relationships, family, spirituality, and entertainment. We were all born different, but if you happen to come across my blog and take a glimpse at my articles, I hope you can resonate with some or even just a few, words and ideas of mine.
